Shipping Policy
Our shipping process takes 3-5 weeks after an order is placed. Once the shipment is done, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Here is what our shipping policy says:
- Customized orders with logo stamping may incur a production delay. It may take approximately 2–4 additional days.
- If your tracking status has not changed or the item has not been delivered, we request that you contact us and include your order number in the email subject line.
- Our team will contact the courier service and update you within 2–3 business days.
- In case of non-delivery or loss of the parcel, we are obligated to provide a full refund of the order’s value.
- Orders are eligible for delivery to a single address only, as specified during the checkout process.
Global shipping is available, but please note that all customs duties and local taxes are not our liability. The customer will be responsible for all those charges.
