Return & Refund

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Simply return it. At GR Silver Designs International, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product and receive a full refund.

Please ensure you note the following return guidelines:

• Items should be unused. They must be in their original condition and packaging.
• We don’t bear the costs associated with return shipping. The customer assumes complete responsibility
• Once we receive a return and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
• Return processing and refunds may take up to 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
